It's Not A Date...But It Is

Who: Hesam & Peter
It hadn't been Peter's intention to show off. He didn't think along those terms, despite being an exceptionally attractive young man who often drew errant glances from more than just the opposite sex. When he pulled off his shirt in the locker room, he wasn't trying to recreate the poses of fashion models. Purposefully. It was just hard not to hold himself with confidence. He still thought of himself as a hero after all.
Peter didn't notice if Hesam was staring or not. He was too excited about their 'actual' date which might not even be one. At least it made him smile. Peter was not exactly known for smiling lately. Or for taking time out of his busy New York City patrol schedule to do something human. Like eat.

Date: 2010-12-06 10:19 pm (UTC)After outlining the use of time machines and crime fighting robots not unlike Robocop, he turned more fully towards Hesam and tilted his head cutely to the side.
"I would probably find a way to make the ambulance fly. That would make us the best team out there. Can you imagine?". Evidently Peter could. He was grinning like an idiot.

Date: 2010-12-07 01:31 pm (UTC)At his building, Peter paid for the cab and they headed up the really God awful elevator again to his apartment. Peter tried not to let it become awkward... Even as he got Hesam a beer. It was like last night's repeat.

Date: 2010-12-07 01:55 pm (UTC)He'd never really tried to get to know Peter before. He had to admit, he was curious.

Date: 2010-12-07 02:20 pm (UTC)"I don't get you sometimes. You're the easiest person to get along with, you empathize with people immediately. Yet you avoid trying to come out with me and the guys. Do you ever kick back? Ignoring right now of course. Which I'm surprised you even agreed to."

Date: 2010-12-08 01:10 pm (UTC)Scooting closer to Hesam, Peter tilted his head in such a way to make it obvious he was going in for a kiss. Not the best ploy really, but Hesam made his stomach flip flop like everyone else he had ever crushed hard on.
Peter never did look to the past these days and heed their warnings.

Date: 2010-12-08 01:23 pm (UTC)He debated over it, weighing up pros and cons. He didn't want this to happen again, going from co-workers to something involving mouths and kissing seemed like a bad idea. But it was in the way Peter was looking at him that made him decide to go with it. He leaned in too and met Peter for the kiss, free hand coming up to rest at Peter's shoulder.

Date: 2010-12-08 01:38 pm (UTC)Either way, he was a damn good kisser, soft when he wanted to be, yielding to make Hesam more comfortable. He didn't slop around with too much tongue, and perhaps involved a bit more teeth than really needed, but it was good just the same.
And Peter gave the impression that if he had a tail, it would be thumping happily on the couch now.

Date: 2010-12-08 01:52 pm (UTC)He slid his hand up from Peter's shoulder to his neck, continuing up until he could cup the back of Peter's head. Tilting his head, he tried for a new angle, eyes closed and feeling Peter out through their kisses.
Weird. Definitely weird. But if he didn't stop and think about it, he wouldn't freak out over the fact he was kissing a fellow dude.

Date: 2010-12-08 02:06 pm (UTC)Peter moved on hand to Hesam's chest to his ear, fingers curling in a bit of hair there as he moved up closer to the other man. It was pretty damned remarkable, how much he could love to do this.
It really was the most normal thing he'd managed in the past few months.

Date: 2010-12-09 10:49 am (UTC)He kissed Peter a little harder once he'd felt Peter touching him more. His skin felt heated, the sounds of their mouths loud to his ears. But he supposed he didn't mind. Couldn't mind really. If there was someone he could turn gay for, it probably should be Peter Petrelli.
With a soft noise he pulled away, nose bumping against Peter's as he tried to catch his breath.

Date: 2010-12-10 04:17 am (UTC)He wanted another kiss. It stilled his need to go out on the town and save the world. Peter leaned upwards, tongue swiping across Hesam's lower lip before--
BRRRRIIIING!
Damn it!

Date: 2010-12-11 05:11 am (UTC)"The hell, man?" he said, at a loss of how else to adequately express his disappointment in the interruption.

Date: 2010-12-11 05:19 am (UTC)Not only hang up, evidently. Peter threw his cell across the corridor and against the wall before he dragged himself back to Hesam and dropped down next to him.
"Sorry."

Date: 2010-12-11 05:30 am (UTC)It might have been work. Though he'd heard the clank of the phone as it had been thrown. Must've been a bad call.
